Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days pass since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, sealed. Hobgood Hemp will reject a return if either of these conditions are not met.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in our system.
In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and email them along with a brief description of the problem to help@hobgoodhemp.com or directly to your account manager for assistance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There will always be processing time before a refund is posted. Hobgood Hemp will notify you once a refund has been issued so you can begin tracking progress of the funds.
Please allow some time for the refund to post to your bank or credit card companies before contacting Hobgood Hemp.
If you’ve received the refund notice from Hobgood Hemp and 10 business days have passed without receiving the funds in your account, please contact us at help@hobgoodhemp.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded after purchase. All sales on sale items are final.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@hobgoodhemp.com or contact your account manager directly for assistance.
The Hobgood Hemp subscription program allows customers to auto order products at their determined interval. The minimum fulfillment for subscritptions is 2 orders. After two orders subscription customers customers my login to their account and change or cancel their subscription. Otherwise customers may email help@hobgoodhemp.com asking for a change or cancellation.
To return your product, the Elevated Trading team will coordinate a prepaid label and return instructions.
